Niether Calcium From Supplements nor Dairy Strengthen Bones, Study Finds

Note; It is your blood serum level of vitamin d3 alone (25 OHD3) that determines ones ability to assimilate and use dietary calcium but the medicos don't want us to know that.

A new study should put the final nail in the coffin for any lingering beliefs that calcium supplements are good for you.

The new study finds that people over 50 don't get stronger bones either by taking supplements or from eating calcium-rich foods such as dairy products.

The findings, reported in the British Medical Journal's online publication BMJ.com, support what U.S. health officials have been telling Americans for a few years now — taking calcium supplements is not just a waste of time, but it could be harmful. The extra calcium doesn't go to strengthen bones but instead can build up in the arteries, causing heart disease, or in the kidneys, causing kidney stones.

Dr. Ian Reid of the University of Auckland in New Zealand and colleagues did what's called a meta-analysis —they gathered all the high-quality studies they could find from around the world to see what they showed.

Most of the studies showed people over 50 get no benefit at all from taking either calcium supplements or from eating calcium in food. People were just as likely to have a fracture. A few studies showed that people who took calcium supplements might have a lower risk, but they were not very clear.

"DIETARY CALCIUM INTAKE IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH RISK OF FRACTURE."

The most powerful type of study, a randomized controlled trial, showed no differences.

"Dietary calcium intake is not associated with risk of fracture, and there is no clinical trial evidence that increasing calcium intake from dietary sources prevents fractures," they wrote. "Evidence that calcium supplements prevent fractures is weak and inconsistent."

In 2012, the U.S. Preventive Services Task Forceissued new recommendations saying there's not enough evidence to recommend taking calcium or vitamin D supplements, and recommending against it in some cases.

It's not welcome news, because the National Osteoporosis Foundation estimates that 54 million Americans are at risk of the bone-thinning disease. About half of all women over 50 will have a broken bone caused by osteoporosis.

Women over 50 are advised to get 1,200 mg of calcium a day and women under 50 are advised to get 1,000 mg a day. Men are advised to get 1,000 mg a day although men over 70 are supposed to get 1,200 mg. Dairy products are rich in calcium but so are leafy green vegetables, fortified milks such as soymilk and some juices and breakfast cereals.

And vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium. Sunlight helps the body produce its own vitamin D. The vitamin is added to some foods such as orange juice and dairy products and is found in some fish.

Despite this, most Westerners don't get enough calcium from food or supplements. Doctors had hoped that if people just took more supplements, they'd be better off, but the studies are not supporting this.

"The weight of evidence against such mass medication of older people is now compelling, and it is surely time to reconsider these controversial recommendations," Dr. Karl Michaelsson of Uppsala University in Sweden, who studies osteoporosis, wrote in an commentary.

"IT IS SURELY TIME TO RECONSIDER THESE CONTROVERSIAL RECOMMENDATIONS."

Michaelsson has led research that found people who drank the most milk had more bone fractures and were more likely to die within a certain period than people who drank less.

And studies have shown that taking supplements can also cause harm.

"Clinical trials of calcium supplements at doses of 1,000 mg/day, however, have reported adverse effects, including cardiovascular events, kidney stones, and hospital admissions for acute gastrointestinal symptoms," Reid's team wrote.

"Consequently, older people have been encouraged to improve bone health by increasing their calcium intake through food rather than by taking supplements. This advice assumes that increasing dietary calcium intake to the recommended level of 1,200 mg a day or more prevents fractures without causing the adverse effects of calcium supplements."

Hebrew University of Jerusalem Professor Gershom Scholem called Jacob Frank, "one of the most frightening phenomena in the whole of Jewish history". Jacob Frank would eventually enter into an alliance formed by Adam Weishaupt and Meyer Amshel Rothschild called the Order of the Illuminati. The objectives of this organization was to undermine the world's religions and power structures, in an effort to usher in a utopian era of global communism, which they would covertly rule by their hidden hand: the New World Order.

I believe it is important to give an update.

I have given warning concerning judgment. I have said that I believe America is rapidly advancing toward calamity—that we have crossed the line in our apostasy and defiance of God. I've warned that if America continues in its present course, if there's no return to God, its crown as head of nations will be removed and that I believe a great shaking is coming to this nation and the world.

As for when these things are to take place, I have from the beginning always issued a strong caution, in spoken word and in writing, from The Mystery of the Shemitah itself onward—specifically that we cannot be dogmatic about timing, and that nothing has to take place on a particular date or season, or according to any set calendar, or even as God has done before.

I have ministered that it is wise to be aware of the signs and seasons of the times, and that though such things can take place on biblically relevant times or dates, nothing has to happen on any particular date, whether within the parameters of the Shemitah or in its wake. Our focus must be not on dates but on God and getting right with Him.

At the same time, we remain in a dangerous period—and one of the reasons I've always cautioned regarding dates is that I never wanted such focus to obscure or minimize the larger picture: that regardless of what does or does not happen a particular date, America is racing toward judgment.

In The Mystery of the Shemitah, I share of biblical patterns which, at times, have had stunningly precise manifestations. Each of the last two Shemitahs has climaxed with the greatest stock market point crashes in history on the same exact biblical day—a once-in-seven-year day that happens to be appointed in the Bible for the effecting of financial remission and nullification. It remains a stunningly and eerily precise historical reality.

And precisely because it is so precise and because it happened in the last two of the Shemitah's cycles, many saw it as an absolute that a massive stock market day crash had to take place on the next such day, September 13. Thus we have cautioned repeatedly that this particular manifestation and any particular manifestation does not have to occur in every or any one of the Shemitah's cycles.

At the same time ... having said and having said again all these things—there are a number of very large and significant facts to be noted:

The Shemitah of 2015 has, in fact, followed the most prevalent of the Shemitah's templates.

What was missed by most in focusing on only one day, was that the largest and most prevalent of the Shemitah's templates has, in fact, manifested. The Elul 29 day crash is only one of several manifestations, an exception and a minority template. In each of the last seven of the Shemitahs there has been a collapse—but only two of those seven collapses have involved an Elul 29 day crash. The majority have taken place according to a much larger template.

The larger and, by far, the predominant of the Shemitah's templates is that of a long-term collapse, a collapse taking place over the course of several months, or one in which a rising stock market comes to an end, peaks within the Shemitah year, reverses its momentum, and begins a continuous descent. This descent may, at times, involve increasing volatility and dramatic day crashes, particularly in proximity to the Shemitah climax. And this is exactly what occurred in the Shemitah of 2015.

*The 2015 Shemitah has manifested in accordance this larger and predominant of the Shemitah's patterns, a template that appears in the book repeatedly.

Following the Shemitah's pattern...

- The Shemitah of 2015 ended a rising stock market on May 19, a market that then reversed its overall momentum and began a long-term descent for the rest of the Shemitah year.

- As it approached its final phase, the stock market and its descent grew increasingly and dramatically volatile.

- Nearing its conclusion in late August, the Shemitah produced some of the most dramatic days in stock market history—most notably what would be called Black Monday—and which would trigger the collapse of stock markets throughout the world.

- It produced the 10th largest and 8th largest stock market point crashes in American history

- The Shemitah of 2015 produced the greatest stock market intraday collapse in world history, a crash of over 1000 points.

- It would wipe away 16% of the British market

- It would wipe away 18% of the French market

- It would usher in the dramatic financial collapse of the world's new economic engine—China.

- The collapse of China's financial realm alone constituted one of the greatest long-term stock market crashes in history and, by itself, would make 2015 one of the most significant of Shemitahs.

- The amount wiped out from the Shanghai Exchange, in the space of just a few months was over 40 percent!

- It wiped away approximately one fourth of the German market

- It wiped away 4000 points from the Indian market

- It wiped away 12,000 points from the Brazilian markets

- From the peak of the U.S. market to Elul 29, it would wipe out approximately 2 trillion dollars!

- In the same period, from international markets, it would wipe out a sum in excess of 5 trillion dollars!

In many of the Shemitah years, the turbulence and collapse continue and may intensify past Elul 29, in the period of the Shemitah's wake. In others, they do not. But whatever happens from this point forward, even if nothing further happened, the Shemitah has already most definitely and powerfully manifested.
Other key manifestations that have marked 2015 as an especially significant Shemitah year:

- The Mystery of the Shemitah chronicles how the Shemitah has marked the shifting of world power. So it was again. The American Age began in 1871, when it became the strongest economic power on earth. Within the parameters of the Shemitah of 2015, that era has officially come to its end.

- The Shemitah of 1973 became a milestone in America's moral and spiritual collapse as the Supreme Court legalized the killing of the unborn. The Shemitah of 2015 was no less a milestone in this fall—as it was the year that the nation's hedges protecting the biblical definition of marriage collapsed across the land, and were then, by the Supreme Court, conclusively struck down.

I have said that I believe it is wisdom to be prepared and that regardless of what happens, it is always wise to have essentials on hand—and yet that each needs to be led by the Lord in such things. For you who have done so, I believe you've been wise and are prepared and better off than you would have been otherwise. Regardless of what the future holds, it is a wise insurance that can always be used. And of course the most important preparation one can do is to be right with God.

I have said and repeat now that we stand as a nation in danger of judgment. The Shemitah is one template by which judgment may be manifested. Whether or not what is yet to come will be joined to what has happened in the most recent Shemitah, I believe that this nation is in and approaches days both critical and perilous. I see ahead, apart from the hand of God, days of apostasy and persecution, and, by the hand of God, a great shaking.

At the same time, God's heart is salvation. And the purpose of shaking is to bring to repentance, salvation, and revival to those who will come. At this point I believe it is only through shaking that a true and great revival can come.

For you who would seek safety, the word for safety in Hebrew is Yeshua. And Yeshua is the name of Jesus. Thus the only way to be safe is to be in Jesus, Yeshua. As for you who are in Yeshua, the safest place to be is in the will of God. Make sure that's where you are.

Know that in all things, God remains absolutely on the throne. And the one who lives in His will, lives and stands on the winning side. Now is not the time to be silent, fearful, or compromised, but to be all the more strong and all the more bold. When the night comes and the dark grows even darker, it is then time, for the lights of God to shine even more brightly. Be strong and of good courage. Proclaim the good news of Messiah. And pray for revival but don't only pray for revival—Live in revival.

And as we witness the progressing of the apostasy, as America races to judgment, as the biblical signs, principles, and harbingers of judgment continue to manifest, and as the events of the last days continue to unfold, I will, and we must, continue to sound the trumpet and the alarm, to call to repentance those who will come, and to draw the lost to Messiah Jesus, Yeshua, who remains the same yesterday, today, and forever and the only answer, the only way, and the only hope America has and all have, to be saved.

Supressing Your Freedom Through Crude Oil

The systematic suppression of alternative energy exposed!

The first person to distill gasoline from crude oil was Benjamin Sillman Jr., a chemist from the prestigious Yale University, who is credited with developing much of the Oil industry. Sillman, who later became a professor of chemistry at Yale was also a member of the Skull and Bones Fraternity.

Secret Societies like Skull and Bones are breeding grounds for the concentration of wealth and power. They represent an Ivy League consolidation of bankers, politicians, intelligence agents, CEOs, and scientists who are generally willing to endorse policy favorable for the elite, including the control and mass use of oil as well as the suppression of alternative energies.

The elites would love for people to focus on the bizarre rituals, since the occult provides the perfect distraction while networks of people are tapped and put into positions of power.

A perfect example of this would be the 2004 elections where George Bush and John Kerry, both members of Skull and Bones, were the only choices given to the American people. Even Obama has proven with the bailouts that he works for the interests of Wall Street and the international bankers and NOT the American people.

Now that you understand a bit better about how things got the way they are, you should also understand that they don't have to be this way. There are solutions they've just been carefully hidden from the public view along with the root problems explained thus far.

And why not, we're talking about a system that makes these people $Billions and keeps them in control.

On the one hand we could audit the Federal Reserve and try to get our system back to using sound money again. But that does nothing to fix the so called "energy crisis". On the other hand we could start the Clean Renewable Energy revolution and undermine the entire system from the inside out while saving the planet in the process. By taking out the foundation their entire house of cards is built upon...

This is why Monopoly man J.P. Morgan told Nikola Tesla that he wouldn't fund anything he couldn't put a meter on." And this is also why alternative energy technologies and even the electric car have been violently suppressed by the establishment.

Over Qualified

Obama Shocked

A Frog Wants A Loan

A frog goes into a bank and approaches the teller. He can see from her  nameplate that her name is Patricia Whack.

'Miss Whack, I'd like to get  a $30,000 loan to take a holiday.'

Patty looks at the frog in disbelief and asks his name. The frog says his name is Kermit Jagger, his dad is  Mick Jagger, and that it's okay, he knows the bank manager.

Patty explains that he will need to secure the loan with some collateral.

The frog says, 'Sure. I have this,' and produces a tiny porcelain elephant, about an inch tall, bright pink and perfectly formed.

Very confused, Patty explains that she'll have to consult with the bank manager and disappears into a back office.

She finds the manager and says, 'There's a frog called Kermit Jagger out there who claims to know you and wants to borrow $30,000, and he wants to use this as collateral.'

She holds up the tiny pink elephant. 'I mean, what in the world is this?'

The bank manager looks back at her and says...

'It's a knickknack, Patty Whack. Give the frog a loan, His old man's a Rolling Stone.'

Denial Of Help by Kaiser

What am I supposed to do to get any real justice here?  None is available through today's Kaiser Health plan.

It seems that there is a wrecking crew that knows just what to tell the anonymous persons at "the State," to get them to back a cut off any Medicaid help despite my obvious needs.

Apparently, my Medicaid coverage is not based on my "need," as need can be canceled by radical politics, no matter the sanity of any specific "Care Givers" or the charges put forth by such.  Thus by false accusations alone, and without any evidence or attestation by any identifiable person or persons, Medicaid benefits can be cancelled in spite of any great and obvious need for such services, those very Medicaid services that Medicaid was designed to provide.

The very basis of human rights is freedom from false accusations and from brutality and punishment without offense.

So at this time, I have been repeatedly abandoned to fend for myself based on false charges by persons who operate unknown to me, making charges I can't see or answer and I am being required to sign a "behavioral" pledge or the in-home Medicaide services which I actually require to go on living at all will be "cut off" by Kaiser Quest with, I am told, "by Kaiser employees, the approval of the (unspecified) 'State officials,' with oversite,"

God only knows what accusations have been made against me as I am apparently not entitled to know the specific time, place, form and event of any specific charge against me or who my accuser or accusers may be.  So, with no chance to know specific charges or who is making those charges, I have been left, following a series of strokes, without necessary in-home care, unable to cook, clean, dress myself, use the toilet safely, get around or to defend myself from marauding robbers.  Just this last week, I was forced to seek help from a pair of persons, the only ones I could find who promised to change my soiled clothes and get me into a shower, who not only didn't help me do any of that, but once having gained access to my apartment, stole various items including and all my cash and a VISA Card from my wallet, leaving me not only soiled, but broke and without food.

So thus, I am now forced and coerced into signing an oath against anonymously sourced charges and continuously threatened with a cut-off of all Medicaid services, if I don't agree with and sign off on the false charges against me.

So, now that I am paralyzed with three unusable limbs and desperately need help, I am denied aid and subjected to torture from sadistic beings and being left to fend for myself if i don't sign off on rules prepared for me by a Kaiser enployee by the name of, K. Uilani Chow-Rule, RN, MSN, Supiovisor on Oahu of Kaiser's QUEST Integration program.

Again, those rules as she presented them, all obviously sprung from the false accusations of anonymous sources which Chow-Rule Chose to "protect" (itself a scurilous charge) when Chow-Rule refused to identify or provide any specifics as to charges when I asked for such.  I am provided with no chance at a defence.

The Economy is Imploding Right Now - Warren Pollock

Warren Pollock says the 2016 election cycle is not the main thing to focus on.

Pollock warns that the real news is that the global economy is headed for a "brick wall". Aaron Russo's Last Message To Humanity

In a book titled ‘There Is an I in Team’, you can buy at Amazon.com, Cambridge Business School Professor Mark de Rond explores a variety of research studies and comes to the conclusion that there really is an "I" hidden in TEAM. 

Professor Mark believes he found the "I" illusively hidden in the "A" hole of the word TEAM. What's even more troubling is that he believes Obama has two of those holes, which would mean that Obama is being driven mostly by the force of "I"x2.

Bill Holter - All That's Left is a Reset

Financial writer Bill Holter contends the recent announcement of the Federal Reserve not to raise rates means the “Fed has Lost Control.” Holter explains, “Whatever the Fed does is wrong. The reason I say that is because no matter what they do, they can’t fix what they have already done. Old Ed

The Old Man and a Bucket of Shrimp

This is a wonderful story and it is true.

It happened every Friday evening, almost without fail, when the sun resembled a giant orange and was starting to dip into the blue ocean.

Old Ed came strolling along the beach to his favorite pier.

Clutched in his bony hand was a bucket of shrimp. Ed walks out to the end of the pier, where it seems he almost has the world to himself. The glow of the sun is a golden bronze now.

Everybody's gone, except for a few joggers on the beach. Standing out on the end of the pier, Ed is alone with his thoughts...and his bucket of shrimp.

Before long, however, he is no longer alone. Up in the sky a thousand white dots come screeching and squawking, winging their way toward that lanky frame standing there on the end of the pier.

Before long, dozens of seagulls have enveloped him, their wings fluttering and flapping wildly. Ed stands there tossing shrimp to the hungry birds. As he does, if you listen closely, you can hear him say with a smile, 'Thank you. Thank you.'

In a few short minutes the bucket is empty. But Ed doesn't leave. He stands there lost in thought, as though transported to another time and place .

When he finally turns around and begins to walk back toward the beach, a few of the birds hop along the pier with him until he gets to the stairs, and then they, too, fly away. And old Ed quietly makes his way down to the end of the beach and on home.

If you were sitting there on the pier with your fishing line in the water, Ed might seem like 'a funny old duck,' as my dad used to say. Or, to onlookers, he's just another old codger, lost in his own weird world, feeding the seagulls with a bucket full of shrimp.

To the onlooker, rituals can look either very strange or very empty. They can seem altogether unimportant ....maybe even a lot of nonsense.

Old folks often do strange things, at least in the eyes of Boomers and Busters.

Most of them would probably write Old Ed off, down there in Florida ... That's too bad. They'd do well to know him better.

His full name: Eddie Rickenbacker. He was a famous hero in World War I, and then he was in WWII. On one of his flying missions across the Pacific, he and his seven-member crew went down. Miraculously, all of the men survived, crawled out of their plane, and climbed into a life raft.

Captain Rickenbacker and his crew floated for days on the rough waters of the Pacific. They fought the sun. They fought sharks. Most of all, they fought hunger and thirst. By the eighth day their rations ran out. No food. No water. They were hundreds of miles from land and no one knew where they were or even if they were alive.

Every day across America millions wondered and prayed that Eddie Rickenbacker might somehow be found alive.

The men adrift needed a miracle. That afternoon they had a simple devotional service and prayed for a miracle.

They tried to nap. Eddie leaned back and pulled his military cap over his nose. Time dragged on. All he could hear was the slap of the waves against the raft...suddenly Eddie felt something land on the top of his cap. It was a seagull!

Old Ed would later describe how he sat perfectly still, planning his next move. With a flash of his hand and a squawk from the gull, he managed to grab it and wring its neck. He tore the feathers off, and he and his starving crew made a meal of it - a very slight meal for eight men. Then they used the intestines for bait. With it, they caught fish, which gave them food and more bait....and the cycle continued. With that simple survival technique, they were able to endure the rigors of the sea until they were found and rescued after 24 days at sea.

Eddie Rickenbacker lived many years beyond that ordeal, but he never forgot the sacrifice of that first life-saving seagull... And he never stopped saying, 'Thank you.' That's why almost every Friday night he would walk to the end of the pier with a bucket full of shrimp and a heart full of gratitude.

PS: Eddie Rickenbacker was the founder of Eastern Airlines. Before WWI he was race car driver. In WWI he was a pilot and became America's first ace. In WWII he was an instructor and military adviser, and he flew missions with the combat pilots. Eddie Rickenbacker is a true American hero. And now you know another story about the trials and sacrifices that brave men have endured for your freedom.

As you can see, I chose to pass it on. It is a great story that many don't know...You've got to be careful with old guys, you just never know what they have done during their lifetime.
