Debt Ceiling Deal Could Be Announced Tonight

The White House and the congressional leaders have struck a deal that would raise the debt ceiling and include a two-year spending legislation could be announced Monday evening, anonymous sources told The Hill.

“Hopefully we’re able to announce something this evening,” an unnamed Senate source said, according to The Hill. The Hill report said that word of the deal had reached sources on the House GOP appropriation staff, and it would possibly be brought up at the Monday Republican leadership meeting.

After The Hill report was published, CNN also reported some details of the potential deal. Sources told CNN the debt ceiling would be raised through the 2016 elections and the spending legislation will lift previous budget caps while including new cuts to counter the increases in spending.

The New York Times also has reported on the deal discussions and said "officials briefed on the negotiations said the emerging accord would call for cuts in spending on Medicare and Social Security disability benefits."

Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) has expressed a desire to "clean the barn" before his planned departure as speaker later this week. Such a deal would relieve his presumed successor Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) of the intense pressure he was facing balancing the demands a brinkmanship-loving House members and the series of high stakes deadlines facing Congress after the speaker elections, which are scheduled to wrap up by Thursday. Treasury Secretary Jack Lew has said the debt ceiling will need to be raised by Nov. 3 to avoid a government default. A short-term spending bill passed last month is set to expire Dec. 11.

A Chinese Doctor

A Chinese Doctor can't find a job in any Hospitals in the US, so he opens his own clinic and puts a sign outside which reads 'GET TREATMENT FOR $20 - IF NOT CURED GET BACK $100.'

An American lawyer saw the sign and thinks it's a great opportunity for him to earn an easy $100 so he enters the Chinese Doctor's clinic.

This is what happened...

Lawyer: "I have lost my sense of taste."
Chinese: "Nurse, bring medicine from box No. 22 and put 3 drops in patient's mouth."
Lawyer: "Ugh. this is kerosene."
Chinese: "Congrats, your sense of taste is restored. Give me $20."

The annoyed lawyer goes back after a few days to recover his money.

Lawyer: "I have lost my memory. I cannot remember anything."
Chinese: "Nurse, bring medicine from box no. 22 and put 3 drops in his mouth."
Lawyer (annoyed): "This is kerosene. You gave this to me last time for restoring my taste."
Chinese: "Congrats. You got your memory back. Give me $20."

The fuming lawyer pays him, and then comes back a week later determined to get back $100.

Lawyer: "My eyesight has become very weak I can't see at all."
Chinese: "Well, I don't have any medicine for that, so take this $100."
Lawyer (staring at the note): "But this is $20, not $100!!"
Chinese: "Congrats, your eyesight is restored. Give me $20"

That America Will Return One Day!

This 1967 true story is of an experience by a young 12 year old lad in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. It is about the vivid memory of a privately rebuilt P-51 from WWII and its famous owner/pilot.

In the morning sun, I could not believe my eyes. There, in our little airport, sat a majestic P-51. They said it had flown in during the night from some U.S. Airport, on its way to an air show. The pilot had been tired, so he just happened to choose Kingston for his stop over. It was to take to the air very soon. I marveled at the size of the plane, dwarfing the Pipers and Canucks tied down by her. It was much larger than in the movies. She glistened in the sun like a bulwark of security from days gone by.

The pilot arrived by cab, paid the driver, and then stepped into the pilot's lounge. He was an older man; his wavy hair was gray and tossed. It looked like it might have been combed, say, around the turn of the century. His flight jacket was checked, creased and worn - it smelled old and genuine. Old Glory was prominently sewn to its shoulders. He projected a quiet air of proficiency and pride devoid of arrogance. He filed a quick flight plan to Montreal ("Expo-67 Air Show") then walked across the tarmac.

After taking several minutes to perform his walk-around check, the tall, lanky man returned to the flight lounge to ask if anyone would be available to stand by with fire extinguishers while he "flashed the old bird up, just to be safe." Though only 12 at the time I was allowed to stand by with an extinguisher after brief instruction on its use -- "If you see a fire, point, then pull this lever!", he said. (I later became a firefighter, but that's another story.) The air around the exhaust manifolds shimmered like a mirror from fuel fumes as the huge prop started to rotate. One manifold, then another, and yet another barked -- I stepped back with the others. In moments the Packard -built Merlin engine came to life with a thunderous roar. Blue flames knifed from her manifolds with an arrogant snarl. I looked at the others' faces; there was no concern. I lowered the bell of my extinguisher. One of the guys signaled to walk back to the lounge. We did.

Several minutes later we could hear the pilot doing his pre-flight run-up. He'd taxied to the end of runway 19, out of sight. All went quiet for several seconds. We ran to the second story deck to see if we could catch a glimpse of the P-51 as she started down the runway. We could not. There we stood, eyes fixed to a spot half way down 19.

Then a roar ripped across the field, much louder than before. Like a furious hell spawn set loose -- something mighty this way was coming. "Listen to that thing!" said the controller.

In seconds the Mustang burst into our line of sight. It's tail was
already off the runway and it was moving faster than anything I'd ever seen by that point on 19. Two-thirds the way down 19 the Mustang was airborne with her gear going up. The prop tips were supersonic. We clasped our ears as the Mustang climbed hellishly fast into the circuit to be eaten up by the dog-day haze. We stood for a few moments, in stunned silence, trying to digest what we'd just seen.

The radio controller rushed by me to the radio. "Kingston tower calling Mustang?" He looked back to us as he waited for an acknowledgment. The radio crackled, "Go ahead, Kingston."

"Roger, Mustang. Kingston tower would like to advise the circuit is clear for a low level pass."

I stood in shock because the controller had just, more or less, asked the pilot to return for an impromptu air show!

The controller looked at us. "Well, What?" He asked. "I can't let that guy go without asking. I couldn't forgive myself!"

The radio crackled once again, "Kingston, do I have permission for a low level pass, east to west, across the field?" "Roger, Mustang, the circuit is clear for an east to west pass." "Roger, Kingston, I'm coming out of 3,000 feet, stand by."

We rushed back onto the second-story deck, eyes fixed toward the eastern haze. The sound was subtle at first, a high-pitched whine, a muffled screech, a distant scream. Moments later the P-51 burst through the haze. Her airframe straining against positive G's and gravity. Her wing tips spilling contrails of condensed air, prop-tips again supersonic. The burnished bird blasted across the eastern margin of the field shredding and tearing the air. At about 500 mph and 150 yards from where we stood she passed with the old American pilot saluting. Imagine. A salute! I felt like laughing; I felt like crying; she glistened; she screamed; the building shook; my heart pounded. Then the old pilot pulled her up and rolled, and rolled, and rolled out of sight into the broken clouds and indelible into my memory.

I've never wanted to be an American more than on that day! It was a time when many nations in the world looked to America as their big brother. A steady and even-handed beacon of security who navigated difficult political water with grace and style; not unlike the old American pilot who'd just flown into my memory. He was proud, not arrogant, humble, not a braggart, old and honest, projecting an aura of America at its best.

That America will return one day! I know it will! Until that time, I'll just send off this story. Call it a loving reciprocal salute to a Country, and especially to that old American pilot:

Auditing Your Child

“You know all you have to do to a child to make them sparking, bright, happy, well? Hm? You just run good 8-C on them, that's all. It doesn't matter what you tell them to do, just run good 8-C on them, that's all. When you give them an order, make sure it's carried out.

“Now, your child is walking around and gloomy and upset, there's a little lower process than that. You don't want him to walk over to the wall, you simply want him to notice there's a wall there. This is about as far as they get, you see? And if you were to say to this little child --that's been sort of gimpy and had a cold lately and is kind of upset --and you were just to say to this child, ‘Where's the wall?’

“Child will be perking up, perking up. Just ask him where these things are. It's very interesting. He gets up to a point of where he feels bright. And he'll forget all about it, probably, that he had a cold or a headache or something and go out and play.

“But if he had this worked on him very much and you've really run 8-C on him -- you've worked up to a point where you could run 8-C on him, you know -- you ask him, ‘See the wall over there? All right. Now walk over to it. Now, don't touch it till I tell you to. All right. Now touch it. All right. Now let go of it. Good. Do you see that chair? Good. Walk over to it. All right. Now touch it. All right. Now let go of it. Fine.’

…

“But now, do you see that you could do almost anything with this child, really, from a standpoint of discipline -- as long as it was really discipline and not punishment and not duress. How far do you think an auditor would get in making a preclear well if the auditor ran 8-C this way: [gruff voice] ‘Do you see that wall? Well, if you don't walk over to it . . .’ Get the idea? There's no life in there, there's just a bunch of mis-emotion.

“And so we get these difficulties very plain to the eye. We have him complete the action before he starts another action. Therefore, discipline to a child would be rather easy. It's an odd thing, but you know, some of these very bad children -- they're always tearing everything up and so forth -- are usually being run by very bad auditors.

“And I guess Mama and Papa wouldn't think of themselves as auditors, but that's all they are -- just bad auditors. They don't operate on the Auditor's Code. They don't run on that Auditor's Code. They do all sorts of things. And do you know that the totality of control is only possible in some such framework as the Auditor's Code. That's a code of how to be civilized. It's also a code of how to get things done.

“Now, you think that if you're a corporal of a squad or a general of a company or that's about -- I don't know, a general of a private, that's about as much as most generals can command. You'll think that it's absolutely necessary to have punishment and prisons and all kinds of things that you can throw your men into in case they don't do just exactly what you say. That's because when they were being trained, somebody was in too much of a hurry. They didn't run good 8-C on them. And generals run very bad 8-C on most armies and then they say, ‘Why don't they obey?’ They don't obey because they don't know how to obey. “So, how do you control people? All you've got to be is a good auditor. You don't have to restrict and restrain yourself all the time and never feel sad or tired or worried. But if you feel sad or tired or worried and you start yelling at Johnny, for golly sakes, don't tell him that the reason you're yelling at him is because he's a bad boy! Tell him you're yelling at him because you're in a bad temper! And if you've played this auditing game with him very much, he'll probably turn around and audit you.”

No New Thing Under The Sun

The Bible tells us in Ecclesiastes 1:9, “The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.”

Where we believe we have gone forward and advanced throughout history, is it possible we are actually far behind, and that someone else a long time ago knew all the secrets we have yet to uncover?

I can honestly say yes. The fallen angels had the knowledge handed down to them by God, and they taught their children, the nephilim, and all of humanity the secrets of technology they had acquired.

For generations, mankind has been stunned by the ancient megaliths, wondering how they could possibly have been erected by the humans of that time. But the nephilim and rephaim were extremely intelligent, insanely strong, and quite frightful to look upon. They were also giants! This is exactly how it was that ancient megalithic structures were built. Ancient advanced technology is indeed a reality.

Pacific Ocean life devastated by Fukushima Radiation

Earlier this week, Michael Snyder sent an urgent warning that the bottom of our food chain is going through a massive collapse, with 91% of the sardine population being wiped out in just the last eight years. Due to the extremity of the decline, the Pacific Fishery Management Council voted to direct the NOAA Fisheries service to halt the current season immediately, which will affect approximately 100 fishing boats with sardine permits.

Like colony collapse disorder, this is not a simple matter of managing a minor problem so that the ecosystem and benefits related to it can be enjoyed in the future. This is a NOW issue, which was reflected by the emergency closure of fisheries along the West Coast in mid-April.

Furthermore, this is not just an issue of seeing your next can of sardines explode in price. With such a dramatic change in this part of the food chain, it undoubtedly reverberates through all other creatures that are affected by the sardine population. This includes predators like the California sea lion as well as microscopic organisms that sardines feed on like various species of zooplankton.

It has been estimated that 90% of this year's class of sea lion pups are starving due to a lack of sardines to eat. A record 2,250 sea lions, mostly pups, have washed up starving and stranded in Southern California, a 20-fold increase in the level of strandings averaged for the same three-month period over the past decade, and twice the number documented in 2013, the previous worst winter season recorded for Southern California sea lions.

Scientists blaming warm "blob"

Even more concerning, scientists appear to be baffled by the current phenomena unfolding in the Pacific ocean, or simply are not allowed to disclose the real reason behind these massive die offs. What they do know is that a 1,000-mile stretch of the Pacific Ocean has warmed up by several degrees (2 to 7 degrees Fahrenheit), and this giant warm "blob" was first identified in late 2013 and has been wreaking havoc with our climate and ocean population ever since.

For some, the knee-jerk reaction would indicate that this is the result of climate change and the cyclical shifts that occur regularly throughout the earth's history. With these types of shifts come massive migrations and species die-offs.

However, there is also another glaring suspect that one could reasonably assume has caused these populations to die off and has caused such a significant warming of parts of the Pacific Ocean -- Fukushima radiation.

As one contributor at ENEnews.com suggested, we need to place our attention directly on the recent Fukushima disaster and the inaction that has caused the poisoning of the Pacific Ocean to go unmitigated:

We have three cores melted out of their reactor buildings, lost in the mudrock and sandstone, which we have failed to locate and mitigate. We have an underground river running under the ruins, which we have failed to divert around the reactors. We have three empty reactors, containing nothing but corium splatter left when they blew up and melted out. We have the Pacific Ocean Ecosystem, which we have stressed beyond endurance, through ocean dumping, over fishing, agricultural runoff, and now unrestricted radiation. We have the sudden collapse of the Pacific Ocean Ecosystem, with a threatened collapse of the biosphere. We continue to allow corporate and governmental inaction. What in [the] hell did you think was going to happen?

Disturbingly, no one seems to want to talk publicly about this eyesore and its potential contribution to the current disaster unfolding in the Pacific Ocean, and even its ripple effects on other areas of day-to-day life on land. Keep in mind that the warm blob identified by scientists also means that winter air that crosses over the Pacific Ocean wasn't cooled as much as it should have been, which in turn spelled warmer, dryer conditions for the West Coast.

So now this phenomenon is cramping the style not just of seafood lovers but also of those who enjoy food crops grown on land. With a drought in California becoming even more severe in recent years, produce lovers are also feeling the pinch, and it soon may trickle down to basic conveniences like morning showers.

Will scientists start to open up about the domino effect that Fukushima has had on our ecosystems and make a commitment to admitting and mitigating the problem, or will they continue their fishy behavior and blame it solely on climate change?

Only time will tell, but in the meantime, be prepared to pay for it while they figure it out.

Fukushima Radiation Affect Begins to Rise Among Children

If you are to know anything abuot the effects of radiation upon living things and most particularly on human life forms, know that the younger the form, the greater the damage done by any radiation exposure to it. This is apparently due to the fact that as life forms develope, they develope along their genetic maps and radiation knocks out or mutates both DNA and RNA, the genetic markers that form that map. Even when radiatin doesen't kill outright, even subtle changes in our DNA and RNA are often so suble that only the fiture generations of ongoing growth and cell replacement may be noticibly effected. The first time such a change may be noticed is with the development of a cancer or other disease, years after radiation exposure has its effects, small and/or large, on our DNA and other genetic blue print markers. The younger the living entity, the more rapid the genetic duplication and transfer of its genetic material is with growth and replacement of cells being constant. Thus with each cell replacenent, the greater the chance that even the subtelest of changes will manifest. Wile over half of all babies born to mothers who lived on or around modern battle fields from Bosnia in the Balkans on through to Falugia in Iraq and beyond, all areas where highly radioactive munitions were strategicly, indibcrimantly used to destroy not only the populations who fought back against the secret nuclear war against them, using only conventional weapons to defend themselves, with no understanding of the future implications of the genetic terror to come.

The same was true of the Japanese populations when they invited General Electric Corp. in to build the nuclear power plants that would eventually, effectively end Japan and its people within a genetic blink of an eye. Thus, the Muslim populations of the Middle East and the Buddhist populations of the Oriental East have had their futures forfitted by deep, evil, strategic planners in the West who attacked their genetics with chemicals like the dioxin in "Agent Orange" and the mutating radiation in munitions such as "Depleated Uranium." All of this will do their deadly work for thousands to billions of years to come, women and children first, with little or no hint or warning of what's to come.

Fukushima radiation starts to hit home as thyroid cancer begins to rise among children
Thyroid cancer rates were about 20 to 50 times the national average, begining in the months innediately following the multiple nuclear reactor meltdowns in Fukushima, according to the analysis.

Fukushima radiation has been linked to a surge in thyroid cancer among children near the disaster area, and radiation woes have reach South Korea, where findings revealed imported tobacco from Japan contained higher than normal levels of radioactive cesium.

A team of Japanese researchers led by Toshihide Tsuda, a professor of environmental epidemiology at Okayama University, said cases of thyroid cancer in Fukushima Prefecture have skyrocketed since March 2011, Kyodo News reported.

The rates were about 20 to 50 times the national average, according to the analysis. The findings were based on screenings of 370,000 Fukushima residents age 18 or younger, and the culprit was increased radiation exposure since the Fukushima nuclear disaster hit the area in March 2011. In late August, the prefecture had identified 104 cases of thyroid cancer.

Some epidemiologists like Shoichiro Tsugane of the National Cancer Center of course disputed the findings and said it is "too early," to say whether the results are "conclusive."

"Unless radiation exposure data are checked, any specific relationship between a cancer incidence and radiation cannot be proven," said Tsugane, adding there is a trend of "over-diagnosing" thyroid cancer.

Japan's nuclear radiation woes have also reached neighboring South Korea, and government officials in Seoul have begun to raise concerns about radioactive cesium in imported tobacco. South Korean outlet Newsis reported Thursday.

After a parliamentary audit, South Korean opposition party lawmaker In Jae-keun said 20,271 tons of imported Japanese tobacco imported from seven prefectures, including Fukushima, contained the radioactive isotope. In 421 tests of native and burley leaf tobacco, 68 percent tested positive for cesium which is taken up by muscles such as the heart where it does most of its harm.

The revelation is a public health concern, according to Newsis, because South Korea does not check Japanese tobacco for radiation and has only conducted tar and nicotine tests on the products. The nuclear power industry does managed to suppress this and all other relavant news such as the ongoing radioactive poisonining and destruction of all sea life in the Pacific Ocean, starting from Japan to the Americas and spreading with nothing to stop or slow it, throughout the Pacific then around the world via all the connected oceans and seas.

A Child In A Dark Room

“You mean, if the child wakes up suddenly, it's not supposed to be able to orient itself along its suppositions the way it should?

A dark room inhibits a child from orienting himself in the manner of a rapid awakening. Georgia Guidestone Suggests Population Reduced to Under 500 Million

Whether you want to believe it or not, the Georgia Guidestones do exist in Elbert County, Georgia, in the United States, and anybody is welcome to visit it to see for themselves.

On these mysterious stone monument are carved-on ten “commandments” for "Who knows what reasons?”.

The first commandment is to maintain the world population under 500 million people.

It is still a mystery that the author(s) of the Georgia Guidestones is still unknown… but maybe except for those in the know.

Erected in 1980, it is a set of 10 guidelines that is inscribed on the structure in eight modern languages, with a shorter message inscribed at the top of the structure in four ancient language scripts: Babylonian, Classical Greek, Sanskrit, and Egyptian hieroglyphs.

The monument stands at the highest point in Elbert County, about 90 miles east of Atlanta, 45 miles from Athens, and 9 miles north of the center of Elberton, and they are visible from Georgia Highway 77 (Hartwell Highway).

The structure is sometimes referred to as an "American Stonehenge".

Syrian War An Obama Refugee Factory

Other than the obvious NWO's goal to establish the Rothschild monopoly banking network in Syria, one other very disturbing thing that Americans and Europeans should understand about this ongoing Syrian war is that it is a massive attempt by the NWO through the Obama administration to produce hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of Islamic refugees to be scattered out across all western countries, both across Europe and the United States.

The question which should be on people's minds is simply, "why?"

Are we to believe that the defeat of Assad, and the installation of either Al Qaeda, or ISIS, or even both, to control Syria, will somehow improve conditions in Syria?

We already know that ISIS, is simply Al Qaeda in Iraq, and that ISIS was created by the CIA, and that Obama has been secretly funding ISIS as moderate rebels.

“The media is making this out to be a spontaneous refugee crisis when this is actually a very organized event,” Dr Mark Christian said.

The flood of refugees into Europe is designed to put pressure on the West and provide a pretext for an invasion of Syria, the removal of Bashar al-Assad, and the installation of a Sunni government, Christian claims.

But, could this also be part of the NWO's plan to innihilate the current 7 billion population down to its 500 million goal?

Every indication clearly suggests that authorities in the United States are preparing for widespread civil unrest. This trend has not emerged by accident – it is part of a tried and tested method used by the banking elite to seize control of nations, strip them of their assets, and absorb them into the new world order.

There is a crucial economic imperative as to why the elite is seeking to engineer and exploit social unrest.

As respected investigative reporter Greg Palast exposed in 2001, the global banking elite, namely the World Bank and the IMF, have honed a technique that has allowed them to asset-strip numerous other countries in the past – that technique has come to be known at the “IMF riot.”

In April 2001, Palast obtained leaked World Bank documents that outlined a four step process on how to loot nations of their wealth and infrastructure, placing control of resources into the hands of the banking elite.

One of the final steps of the process, the “IMF riot,” detailed how the elite would plan for mass civil unrest ahead of time that would have the effect of scaring off investors and causing government bankruptcies.

“This economic arson has its bright side – for foreigners, who can then pick off remaining assets at fire sale prices,” writes Palast, adding, “A pattern emerges. There are lots of losers but the clear winners seem to be the western banks and US Treasury.”

In other words, the banking elite creates the very economic environment – soaring interest rates, spiraling food prices, poverty, lower standards of living – that precipitates civil unrest – and then like a vulture swoops down to devour what remains of the country’s assets on the cheap.

We have already seen this process unfold in places like Bolivia, Ecuador, Indonesia, Greece and Argentina. Next on the chopping block are Spain, Italy, Britain and France – all of which have seen widespread riots over the last two years.

As Ha-Joon Chang explains in the Guardian, the roots of Europe’s riots were sparked by “governments inflicting an old-IMF-style programme on their own populations,” namely the same programs of “austerity, privatisation and deregulation,” that caused the riots of the 80′s and 90′s in poorer countries.

Although the likes of the IMF and the World Bank have pillaged half of the globe with their economic terrorism, America remains the ultimate prize. The first step of the four step process for bankster seizure of a country – privatization of state-owned assets – is already well under way in America, with infrastructure being sold off to foreign corporations, with the aid of Goldman Sachs, at a frightening pace.

A key component of the banking elite’s insidious agenda to bring about an economic collapse in America by design also centers around the process of de-industrializing the country, eviscerating the nation’s platform for self-sufficiency and replacing it with dependence on banker bailouts. This has already been largely achieved in Europe – with just about every major economy on the continent run by Goldman Sachs-affiliated technocrats.

In the United States, 32 per cent of manufacturing jobs have been lost since 2000, while 56,000 manufacturing facilities have been mothballed since 2001. The Obama administration has also declared war on the coal industry, with Obama himself promising to “bankrupt” anyone who tries to build a new coal plant. Meanwhile, China builds a new coal plant every two weeks.

Given the clear economic motive for stirring unrest in the United States, we’d expect to see preparations for domestic disorder in numerous different guises – and indeed the signs are everywhere.

National Defense Authorization Act

The Obama administration’s passage of NDAA legislation that authorizes kidnapping and indefinite detention without trial of American citizens on U.S. soil serves to create the framework for mass arrests of protesters and journalists in a time of declared national emergency.

Obama’s War on Whistleblowers

The Obama administration’s brazen and aggressive prosecution of whistleblowers for divulging government corruption in the public interest is clearly a device designed to intimidate whistleblowers from speaking out when the proverbial hits the fan.

Spying on Social Media for Signs of Unrest

The Department of Homeland Security and other federal agencies are actively engaged in spying on social media as well as news websites to look for reports or comments that “reflect adversely on the U.S. government and the DHS.” The government is on the lookout for the ‘tipping point’ when heated online rhetoric spills onto the streets in the form of unrest.

Building Huge Spy Centers to Track Unrest

The NSA is building the country’s biggest spy center in the middle of the Utah desert. The purpose of the data facility is to intercept, “all forms of communication, including the complete contents of private emails, cell phone calls, and Google searches, as well as all sorts of personal data trails—parking receipts, travel itineraries, bookstore purchases, and other digital “pocket litter.”

By creating a gigantic database of every communication imaginable, the NSA hopes to monitor and pre-empt the spread of mass civil unrest in America.

Preparing Drones for Domestic Oppression

Last week, the Justice Department re-affirmed its position that the Obama administration can use armed drones to assassinate Americans. Under the NDAA, the whole of the United States has been declared a “battlefield,” meaning that drones may soon be used to execute American citizens on U.S. soil.

A government that resorts to killing its own citizens without any legal process whatsoever is clearly a dictatorship engaged in domestic oppression. The only imaginable scenario under which this program would be justifiable was if the U.S. was under a state of martial law and the government was on the verge of collapse.

Preparing for Martial Law

The Department of Homeland Security has purchased over 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition in the last 10 months alone. At the height of combat operations in Iraq, the U.S. Army only used 5.5 million bullets a month. Why has the DHS stockpiled enough bullets for a 30 year war if it is not preparing for some form of domestic disorder?

Preparation for martial law can be seen in numerous different guises, but perhaps the most chilling is a nationwide FEMA program which is training pastors and other religious representatives to become secret police enforcers who teach their congregations to “obey the government” in preparation for the implementation of martial law, property and firearm seizures, mass vaccination programs and forced relocation.

Characterizing the American People as the New Target of the War on Terror

The U.S. Army’s Operating Concept 2016-2028 dictates that the military’s “full spectrum operations” will include “operations within American borders.” Scenarios where Americans form into militia groups and become “insurrectionists” as a result of an economic collapse and have to be eliminated by the U.S. Army have already been mapped out by military planners.

A leaked U.S. Army manual also reveals plans for the military to carry out “Civil Disturbance Operations” during which troops will be used domestically to quell riots, confiscate firearms and even kill Americans on U.S. soil during mass civil unrest.

The Department of Homeland Security’s ‘See Something, Say Something’ program habitually portrays middle class Americans as terrorists. In addition, numerous DHS-funded reports have characterized “liberty lovers” and other constitutionalists as domestic terrorists.

Every indication presents us with the inescapable reality that the US government is preparing for mass civil unrest at some point over the next five to ten years. When we look at the recent history of nations that have suffered financial collapse, domestic disorder is clearly a key component of a deliberate agenda on behalf of the banking elite to undermine and loot economies – confiscating national sovereignty in the process.

A Polar Shift In World Power Balance Has Occurred

The world is beginning to realize that a seachange in world affairs occured on September 28 when President Putin of Russia stated in his UN speech that Russia can no longer tolerate Washington’s vicious, stupid, and failed policies that have unleashed chaos, which is engulfing the Middle East and now Europe. Two days later, Russia took over the military situation in Syria and began the destruction of the Islamic State forces.

Perhaps among Obama’s advisors there are a few who are not drowning in hubris and can understand this seachange. Sputnik news reports that some high-level security advisors to Obama have advised him to withdraw US military forces from Syria and give up his plan to overthrow Assad. They advised Obama to cooperate with Russia in order to stop the refugee flow that is overwhelming Washington’s vassals in Europe. The influx of unwanted peoples is making Europeans aware of the high cost of enabling US foreign policy. Advisors have told Obama that the idiocy of the neoconservatives’ policies threaten Washington’s empire in Europe.

Several commentators, such as Mike Whitney and Stephen Lendman, have concluded, correctly, that there is nothing that Washington can do about Russian actions against the Islamic State. The neoconservatives’ plan for a UN no-fly zone over Syria in order to push out the Russians is a pipedream. No such resolution will come out of the UN. Indeed, the Russians have already established a de facto no-fly zone.

Putin, without issuing any verbal threats or engaging in any name-calling, has decisively shifted
the power balance, and the world knows it.

Washington’s response consists of name-calling, bluster and more lies, some of which is echoed by some of Washington’s ever more doubtful vassals. The only effect is to demonstrate Washington’s impotence.

If Obama has any sense, he will dismiss from his government the neoconservative morons who have squandered Washington’s power, and he will focus instead on holding on to Europe by working with Russia to destroy, rather than to sponsor, the terrorism in the Middle East that is overwhelming Europe with refugees.

If Obama cannot admit a mistake, the United States will continue to lose credibility and prestige around the world.

Precious Metals Rising - Silver Now Practiced As a Preferred Currency

There is a small restaurant near the shore of Lake Michigan in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, that now welcomes your silver coins towards your payment for the delicious burgers and deep-fried cheese curds they serve there.

According to the Blaze, locals will tell you Late’s has the best burger in town. It’s a throwback kind of restaurant, complete with a long, winding dining counter and spinning stools.

Late’s features some throwback pricing for customers willing to pay with silver coins minted before 1965.

High on the south wall, up near the ceiling, hangs a sign featuring the special prices. In big bold letters it reads, “Late’s prices, if you pay in US silver coins dated 1964 or earlier.”

When President Lyndon Johnson signed the Coinage Act of 1965, he set into motion five decades of currency debasement that continues today. Under the law, silver dimes and quarters no longer contain actual silver. Instead, the Treasury now mints coins made of “composites,” mostly formed from copper.

Todd Tikalsky has managed Late’s for 27 years, and he gets it. He has an accounting background. He understands economics. And he recognizes the true value of silver coins.

And that’s basically what the government is doing, you know, printing out money and the values are going down.”

Tikalsky put the sign up in 2013, and Late’s appears to still stand by its throwback, silver prices.

Carl Icahn's Warning Message

You know, when Carl Icahn speaks, everyone, including those big time investors, just have to listen.

Today, Carl warns that trouble is coming to the financial markets.

In this video titled "Danger Ahead," the billionaire Wall Street veteran lays out the major problems coming out of both Washington and Wall Street to argue that what's coming next will be "very dangerous and could be disastrous."

He started by explaining why Donald Trump had become so popular in the presidential polls. It boils down to a frustrated American public, angered by how little reform has been passed to stimulate growth. Two key issues Icahn argues must be addressed are the carried-interest tax loophole for investors and the exorbitant repatriation tax that discourages multinational companies from bringing their profits back to the US.

For the financial markets and the economy, Icahn says the core problem is the Federal Reserve and its ultra-easy, zero-interest-rate policy. While Icahn credits the Fed with getting us out of the most recent crisis by using these policy tools, he also argues that it was the Fed that got us into that crisis to begin with.

Icahn observed that while low rates are intended to boost business investment, in reality they have actually led corporate managers to employ financial engineering and accounting shenanigans to boost earnings per share.

Icahn offers a very straightforward and chilling summary of what he believes to be an unsustainable and fragile set of circumstances that are propping up the stock market. And in the end we're left wondering whether we could repeat what we saw during the financial crisis. Or worse.

I was thinking about old age and decided that old age is when you still have things on the ball but are just too tired to bounce it.

Illegal Immigrants Demand To Be Paid

First of all, they entered someone's land illegally, and now they demand that they be paid some money so they can enjoy better.

After fleeing their homeland taking illegal routes through Europe and dodging bullets in Sweden these poor men found shelter in Northern Finland. Now that they are provided some roofing over their heads and free meals at tax payers expense, they want more. They want money because the food they recieve for free is not good enough for them, they claim. Mind you, this is the same food that's served to school kids and at old folks' homes. These illegal immigrants are not being treated like animals as they claim, and the free foods they are provided are even customized to their religious needs. They also don't want to drink the water from the tap, as apparently it's perfectly clean water that's safe for people drink from.

Implosion and Restart of Financial System Coming

Is inflation or deflation coming? Financial analyst Bix Weir says, “It’s not really inflation or deflation. It is a ceasing of the system. After the system crashes, no one is going to accept a Federal Reserve Note. So, I wouldn’t call it deflation. I would call it a restart. What they call it at the Fed is a ‘creative destruction event.’ Meaning, in order to move on to the next step, you have to destroy all the bad that has built up, and there is a lot of bad. We see the derivatives, and we say oh, that’s bad. There is so much more going on behind the scenes. We’re talking hundreds of trillions, if not quadrillions, of dollars in electronic assets that need to be wiped away, wiped clean completely. Otherwise, where all these assets are concentrated, they will have control over us, and that’s what we need to get rid of. We need to get rid of their control of us. . . . They seem to be making decisions completely off the wall, but truthfully, it is all leading to the same thing. Blow the bubble as big as possible so that it implodes. Then, you will see a fight to get control of the monetary system after the implosion.”

On war, Bix says, “The bad guys right now are trying to start World War III. That is the real dark side of how this thing might end. It will be China and Russia against us, and that is not a good thing.”

What Is Radiation?

The physical universe is a product of matter, energy, space and time.  In the simplest terms, matter is generally composed of particles.  The density of the particles, the affinity of one particle for another, the closeness of particles, generally determines the hardness or weight of the matter per unit of space.

Space is a viewpoint of dimension meaning that there is dimension to be viewed, length, height, shape, etc.  and time is the consideration of persistence.  Energy is what holds mater together of drives it apart.

Above is the symbol for "ionizing" matter which means that the "matter" present is disintegrating (coming apart) on a molecular level.  "Radiation," describes the release or disbursal of the energy holding particles together.  As matter comes apart, the energy holding it together is released to drive the particles of which the matter is composed, away from each other.  These can then collide with the particles composing other matter and those collisions break the energy bonds holding those particles together thus releasing, breaking the bonds holding particles together or even forcing particles apart.  Such particles can strike other particles often strike further particles, forcing them apart in what is referred to as a "chain reaction."

When chain reactions occur, the phenomena is called, "ionizing," the disintegration of matter and the separation of partlcles and the dispersal of the energy which held the matter together.  Anything close is generally swept into the chain reaction, altered or even destroyed.

Life forms on Earth cannot see, hear, smell, taste or otherwise sense the presence of damaging and deadly ionizing phenomena.  As the releases of energy can be rapid and intense or relatively slower and less intense, various electronic meters have been developed to measure the disintegration of matter over time.  As well, a whole new terminology has been invented to describe the measuring of matter disintegration and the release of the bonding energy.

This becomes important with the interaction of energy and particle disbursal and life forms.  The life forms of Earth are generally soft and fragile in composition and of limited endurance.  Thus life forms are easily altered or even destroyed (killed) by ionizing radiation.  Thus, the above symbol was developed as a warning sign, to tell everyone that there is deadly radiation present.

Learn, heed and teach others the symbol.

This is the warning sign for "ionizing Radiation."

There is nothing so upsetting to those who are destroying life on Earth with radiation than any attempt to simplify and tell others what they are up to.
