17 Of The Worst Corporate Crimes In 2015

The ongoing corporate crime wave showed no signs of abating in 2015. BP paid a record $20 billion to settle the remaining civil charges relating to the Deepwater Horizon disaster (on top of the $4 billion in previous criminal penalties), and Volkswagen is facing perhaps even greater liability in connection with its scheme to evade emission standards.

Other automakers and suppliers were hit with large penalties for safety violations, including a $900 million fine (and deferred criminal prosecution) for General Motors, a record civil penalty of $200 million for Japanese airbag maker Takata, penalties of $105 million and $70 million for Fiat Chrysler, and $70 million for Honda.

Major banks continued to pay large penalties to resolve a variety of legal entanglements. Five banks (Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase, Barclays, Royal Bank of Scotland and UBS) had to pay a total of $2.5 billion to the Justice Department and $1.8 billion to the Federal Reserve in connection with charges that they conspired to manipulate foreign exchange markets. The DOJ case was unusual in that the banks had to enter guilty pleas, but it is unclear that this hampered their ability to conduct business as usual.

Anadarko Petroleum agreed to pay more than $5 billion to resolve charges relating to toxic dumping by Kerr-McGee, which was acquired by Anadarko in 2006. In another major environmental case, fertilizer company Mosaic agreed to resolve hazardous waste allegations at eight facilities by creating a $630 million trust fund and spending $170 million on mitigation projects.

These examples and the additional ones below were assembled with the help of Violation Tracker, the new database of corporate misconduct my colleagues and I at the Corporate Research Project of Good Jobs First introduced this year. The database currently covers environmental, health and safety cases from 13 federal agencies, but we will be adding other violation categories in 2016.

1. Deceptive financial practices. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau fined Citibank $700 million for the deceptive marketing of credit card add-on products.

2. Cheating depositors. Citizens Bank was fined $18.5 million by the CFPB for pocketing the difference when customers mistakenly filled out deposit slips for amounts lower than the sums actually transferred.

3. Overcharging customers. An investigation by officials in New York City found that pre-packaged products at Whole Foods had mislabeled weights, resulting in grossly inflated unit prices.

4. Food contamination. In a rare financial penalty in a food safety case, a subsidiary of ConAgra was fined $11.2 million for distributing salmonella-tainted peanut butter.

5. Adulterated medication. Johnson & Johnson subsidiary McNeill-PPC entered a guilty plea and paid $25 million in fines and forfeiture in connection with charges that it sold adulterated children’s over-the-counter medications.

6. Illegal marketing. Sanofi subsidiary Genzyme Corporation entered into a deferred prosecution agreement and paid a penalty of $32.6 million in connection with charges that it promoted its Seprafilm devices for uses not approved as safe by the Food and Drug Administration.

7. Failure to report safety defects. Among the companies hit this year with civil penalties by the Consumer Product Safety Commission for failing to promptly report safety hazards were: General Electric ($3.5 million fine), Office Depot ($3.4 million) and LG Electronics ($1.8 million).

8. Workplace hazards. Tuna producer Bumble Bee agreed to pay $6 million to settle state charges that it willfully violated worker safety rules in connection with the death of an employee who was trapped in an industrial oven at the company’s plant in Southern California.

9. Sanctions violations. Deutsche Bank was fined $258 million for violations in connection with transactions on behalf of countries (such as Iran and Syria) and entities subject to U.S. economic sanctions.

10. Air pollution. Glass manufacturer Guardian Industries settled Clean Air Act violations brought by the EPA by agreeing to spend $70 millionon new emission controls.

11. Ocean dumping. An Italian company called Carbofin was hit with a $2.75 million criminal fine for falsifying its records to hide the fact that it was using a device known as a “magic hose” to dispose of sludge, waste oil and oil-contaminated bilge water directly into the sea rather than using required pollution prevention equipment.

12. Climate denial. The New York Attorney General is investigatingwhether Exxon Mobil deliberately deceived shareholders and the public about the risks of climate change.

13. False claims. Millennium Health agreed to pay $256 million to resolve allegations that it billed Medicare, Medicaid and other federal health programs for unnecessary tests.

14. Illegal lobbying. Lockheed Martin paid $4.7 million to settle charges that it illegally used government money to lobby federal officials for an extension of its contract to run the Sandia nuclear weapons lab.

15. Price-fixing. German auto parts maker Robert Bosch was fined $57.8 million after pleading guilty to Justice Department charges of conspiring to fix prices and rig bids for spark plugs, oxygen sensors and starter motors sold to automakers in the United States and elsewhere.

16. Foreign bribery. Goodyear Tire & Rubber paid $16 million to resolve Securities and Exchange Commission allegations that company subsidiaries paid bribes to obtain sales in Kenya and Angola.

17. Wage Theft. Oilfield services company Halliburton paid $18 million to resolve Labor Department allegations that it improperly categorized more than 1,000 workers to deny them overtime pay.

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas

Don’t drink and drive.

With Christmas close upon us, I would like to share a personal experience with my friends about drinking and driving.

As you know, some of us have been known to have brushes with the authorities from time to time, often on the way home after a "social session" with family or friends.

Well, two days ago, this happened to me. I was out for an evening with friends and had more than several beers followed by a couple of bottles of rather nice red wine and vodka shots. Although relaxed, I still had the common sense to know I was slightly over the limit.

That's when I did something I've never done before - I took a taxi home.

Sure enough on the way there was a police roadblock, but since it was a taxi they waved it past and I arrived home safely without incident.

This was a real surprise to me, because I had never driven a taxi before.
I don't know where I got it, and now that it's in my garage I don't know what to do with it..

So, anyway, if you want to borrow it give me a call.

Merry Christmas and be safe out there…

June Cleaver

[For you youngsters in the audience under 55, from 1957 to 1963 there was a very popular family situation comedy called "Leave It to Beaver" about an inquisitive and often naïve boy named Theodore "The Beaver" Cleaver (2nd kid from the right) and his adventures at home, in school, and around his suburban neighborhood. June and her husband, Ward, are often invoked as the archetypal suburban parents of the 1950s.]

Obama: "I bet when I die you’ll be happy to pee on my grave"

This is a true story. General Stanley McChrystal was the Commander of US Forces in Afghanistan and he had frequent disagreements on the conduct of the war with his Commander-in-Chief.

At one point McChrystal was called into the Oval Office and he knew his Army career was about to be over.

When former U.S. Military Commander in Afghanistan, Stanley McChrystal, was called into the Oval Office by Barack Obama, he knew things weren’t going to go well when the President accused him of not supporting him in his political role as President.

“It’s not my job to support you as a politician, Mr. President, it’s my job to support you as Commander-in-Chief,” McChrystal replied, and he handed Obama his resignation.

Barack Obama has a long history of hating the US military and men and women who serve. He is never one to let someone have the last word but he failed in this instance.

Not satisfied with accepting McChrystal’s resignation the President made a cheap parting shot. “I bet when I die you’ll be happy to pee on my grave.”

The General saluted. “Mr. President, I always told myself after leaving the Army I’d never stand in line again."

Good job General McChrystal. I’m pretty sure that after five or six years of being in the ground the line will have diminished enough so that you won’t have to stand in line. You’re an honorable man, we know you wouldn’t cut in front of others.

A Documentary on Eugenics and Genocide

Would it surprise you to learn that eugenics and genocide are alive and thriving in America? This saga began with over 400 years of slavery in America, evolved through the abolition of slavery to targeted "birth control," to chemical and biological assaults and then as these were not fast enough to accomplish the eventual goals of eugenics and genocide against minority persons weren't being achieved in a timely enough mannor, it was found through surveying and decided during the Nixon administration that at least 2 million Blacks could be kidnapped from the American social structure if they were accused and convicted of a crime, any crime and that Americans almost across the board would tolerate unconstitutional uses of the law if it forwarded the purposes of eugenics and genocide on minority Americans if the personal health and safety of all Americans was appealed to as a justification for the crimes against humanity involving eugenics and genocide against Blacks and other minorities. As examples, in major American cities like Chicago, Los Angeles, Baltimore, Washington D.C., New Orleans, Detroit, Minneapolis and St. Louis., half or more of all Black men between the ages of 18 and 29 are in prison, awaiting sentencing, on probation or parole. In all, there are now over 2 million Black Americans in American prisons. In addition, more millions of additional Black Americans are in and out of American jails. This is all on a scale that it constitutes monstrous crimes against humanity. The number-one "crime" for which American minority members are iincarcerated is, "Simple Possession Of Marijuana."

Obama Federalizes Police Forces in Six US Cities

In his most recent attempt to centralize the federal government’s grip on America, Obama has launched his “21st Century Policing” pilot program, COPS, in six cities across the country.

“Obamalaw,” is yet another overreach of Constitutional authority to fundamentally transform the nation, this time by taking away local police enforcement rights and putting new rules and regulations in place as dictated by the President and Eric Holder’s Justice Department. Born out of the perception that racism is rampant amongst city law enforcement agencies, this new plan is intended to address the issue by trampling on local rights.

Obama is using the same tactic he has used in nationalizing other sectors; expanding progressive control by attaching more conditions to federal funding of state and local law-enforcement efforts.

“We can expand the COPS program… to see if we can get more incentives for local communities to apply some of the best practices and lessons that are embodied in this report,” he said.

The consequences of implementing these “best practices” will likely lead to rules that restrict police investigations of groups that are part of the Democratic coalition, and rules that try to level convictions and penalties among various sub-groups of the United Stats, regardless of actual conviction rates. Police interactions with blacks, the LGBTQ population, Muslim, Arab, and South Asian communities, and immigrant or non-English speaking groups are included in the report, along with drug addicts.

It also calls for the government to collect more data about state and local policing. That data will help federal officials impose new rules.

“State and local policing may need to be subordinated to federal social policy,” Obama suggested.

The Ferguson DOJ report presented the perfect opportunity to make sure “a serious crisis” did not go to waste. With the trumped up report and media talking points, the Administration has fabricated a weak and false narrative of rampant racism in order to create a premise upon which to insert the camel’s nose under the tent.

The Administration has carefully chosen six “pilot” cities in dire need of cash with mayors and police chiefs willing to sell their city’s local rule in exchange for short-term financial gains. All but one, Fort Worth, are majority Democrat-run cities. All have high black, Latino, or Muslim populations, amongst which an open door policy encouraging claims of discrimination will be greeted with much enthusiasm.

The cities chosen for the COPS pilot program are Minneapolis, Fort Worth, Pittsburgh, Stockton, Birmingham and Gary, IN. As mentioned by Obama’s 21st Century Policing Task Force, the founding premise for this federal takeover is supposedly the rampant racism of the American police, who victimize poor, innocent populations for no other reason than color. Gary is a city with an 83% black population; only ten percent of its citizens are white; the demographics of Gary are just further evidence of the fallacy of this take over. Gary is a crime-riddled, liberal stronghold, eager to prove to the Big Brother Obama that they are in need of federal oversight and a big fat check. Their federal handout amounts to $4.7 million, supposedly to provide training as well as dictate policy and fund the perpetual black hole of research, into the issue of distrust between citizens and law enforcement.

And so, the Administration which was supposedly best equipped to heal race relations, continues to create rancor to divide and conquer Americans.

ROTHSCHILD and THE EIGHT FAMILIES

Elite banking families – including the Rothschilds, Rockefellers, Morgans, and a few more to the list – have gained control of the global economy through the central banking system. They set up the Federal Reserve in the US in 1913 and have been manipulating the market to benefit themselves ever since.

There are Eight Families own 52% of the New York Federal Reserve Bank, far and away the most powerful Fed Bank. Their ownership is disguised under names like JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.

And here's what most people don't know about. Well, actually these oligarchs have interbred to the point that they are now, for all practical purposes, one big family, cooperating with the Rothschilds, being the most powerful.

It appears to be that these eight different families at one point or another, crossed each others paths and submitted to a grander global scheme that would forever empower all their businesses alltegether. This can be observed by studying the various illuminati groups out there, and how many of these groups appear to be cooperating with each other in many functions and instances.

In the bigger scheme, they are all of the above. They reach out and control every aspects of people's lives today through different secret groups and agencies they created. All these different groups and agencies are branched out from the same circle of oligarchs through control of money. They easily hypnotize the entire world by promoting their deceptive economic reforms and agendas by deceiving world leaders and corporate CEO's to participate in their big fancy plans, and yet their only plan is to benefit their hunger for more power. It's about money. They talk about money and people follow. They are the force behind global mass murders, curruptions, and civil unrests across the globe today. They are the:
  • Federal Reserve and World Cenrtal Banks
  • Zionism
  • Bilderberg
  • Skull and Bones
  • Mainstream media
  • FDA
  • Monsanto
  • the list goes on...
They are able to do all these by dominating anything they want. They can become the voice of any company simply by buying and owning that company.  They even own the United State government through the Federal Reserves, and United State even owns majority of IMF. Therefore, it's the same circle speaking through the IMF. Money money, everywhere you look.

US Presidents, including George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, John Quincy Adams; and later Andrew Jackson, Abraham Lincoln and John F. Kennedy, all warned of the intrigues of the banking cabal. The latter two were assassinated for trying to nationalize the Federal Reserve via the issuance of Treasury Department-backed (publicly-issued) currency.

The two American Presidents, Abraham Lincoln and John F. Kennedy were assassinated for challenging central bankers and their monopoly on money, and the Federal Reserve’s artificial creation of booms and busts that causes people to lose their jobs, homes, and retirements, while the bankers further consolidate wealth and control.

"When a government is dependent upon bankers for money, they and not the leaders of the government control the situation, since the hand that gives is above the hand that takes... Money has no motherland; financiers are without patriotism and without decency; their sole object is gain."
– Napoleon Bonaparte, 1815

"History records that the money changers have used every form of abuse, intrigue, deceit, and violent means possible to maintain their control over governments by controlling money and its issuance."
– President James Madison

“I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country. A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is concentrated. The growth of the nation, therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a few men. We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated Governments in the civilized world no longer a Government by free opinion, no longer a Government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a Government by the opinion and duress of a small group of dominant men.”
– Woodrow Wilson, after signing the Federal Reserve into existence

  1. Cuba
  2. North Korea

  5. Afghanistan
  6. Iraq
  7. Libya
  8. Sudan

  4. Syria **Alert Alert **Under Attack**
  5. Afghanistan
  6. Iraq

Maybe a country without a Rothschild Central Bank is at risk of losing the life of its leader?

Maybe Syria, Iran, North Korea, or Cuba are risking the lives of their leaders to still exist without a Rothschild Central Bank? I don't know.

Cartoonist Zeon Arrested for anti-Zionist work

The French cartoonist Zeon was arrested Tuesday morning (Nov 3, 20015)… by four police officers of the Brigade of Repression of Delinquency People (BRDP).

At 7am, four police officers woke the cartoonist to take him before the judge to the High Court Instance of Paris. A complaint appears to have been filed by the BNVCA (National Bureau of Vigilance against Anti-Semitism).

The complaint seems to refer to the drawing – for which Zeon had yet been released last year by the 17th chamber – representing a balance and unbalanced weight of several historical crimes, but also for another drawing, which was not retained by the prosecutor at the trial, representing a Palestinian child stabbed by a Israel-shaped knife.

The judge has indicted the designer of incitement to racial, religious hatred, by speech, writing, picture or means of electronic communication. Zeon refused to answer his questions. He was set free in late morning.

Quick reminder...

Zionism is Rothschild and New Word Order networks.

Rothschild Bank is World Central Banks, which includes the Federal Reserve.

The National Bureau of Vigilance against Racism and Anti-Semitism was founded by the Commissioner of Police Sammy Ghozlan in March 2002 with Union support Jewish bosses of France and the Word and Light Association (offshoot of the Simon Center Wiesenthal).

According BNVCA site itself, this organization has a unique community privilege to make complaints of “anti-Semitic aggression.”

Is it just coincidence that the United State:

  • killed Lybia's Leader, Moammar Kadafi?
Maybe it's a dangerous thing for any country to exist without a Rothschild Central Bank?
Maybe a country without a Rothschild Central Bank is at risk of losing the life of its leader?

Maybe the last 4 on the Red List: SyriaNorth KoreaIran, or Cuba are risking the lives of their leaders to still exist without a Rothschild Central Bank? I don't know.

Today there are only 4 countries left that are w/o ROTHSCHILD Central Bank!

In 2000 there were 8 without Rothschild Central Bank (The Red List):
  1. Cuba
  2. North Korea
  3. Iran
  4. Syria
  5. Afghanistan
  6. Iraq
  7. Libya
  8. Sudan
Today,  2015 there are only 4 without Rothschild Central Bank:
  1. Cuba
  2. North Korea
  3. Iran
  4. Syria
  5. Afghanistan
  6. Iraq
  7. Libya
  8. Sudan
Maybe a country without a Rothschild Central Bank is at risk of losing the life of its leader?

Maybe Syria, North Korea, Iran, or Cuba are risking the lives of their leaders to still exist without a Rothschild Central Bank? I don't know.

Murder Stats In The U.S. - Nov 20015

The United States has the 3rd highest murder rate of all the Nations on Earth. But if you remove just 5 cities from that statistic: Chicago, Detroit, Baltimore, Washington DC and New Orleans, by the way, the 5 U.S. Cities with the toughest Gun Control Laws of all U.S. Cities, the entire U.S. stats shift.

With just these 5 cities removed from the overall U.S. counts of murders, the United States has the 4th lowest overall murder rate of all the nations in the entire world.

However, it is politically incorrect to really examine what makes those 5 U.S. cities different from the other U.S. cities and for that matter, the other cities on Earth. A wealthy elite in the U.S. makes those 5 cities a virtual hell on earth with drugs and crime including murder, rampant in the streets.

This serves to supply the mainly private U.S. prison industrial complex which is now holding over 2 million African Americans, kidnapped mainly from those same five cities and who now make up one quarter (1/4) of all prisoners on Earth. The number-one crime for which these mainly Black men are being "punished," is not for a crime of violence or even murder but, "Simple Possession Of Marijuana."

Rothschild the NWO Zionism

Real Jews (non-Khazarian Jews) have no problems living side by side with their Palestinian neighbors.

Zionism was originally a nonaggressive dream to simply follow after God's plan for his children to reestablish his children's kingdom where He promised them He will help them build in the end.

Unfortunately, the Zionism movement was hijacked by the bad guys; the Khazarian Jews (the Rothschild).

In 1901, the Jews from the colonies, a settlement which Edmond James de Rothschild helped set up in Palestine sent a delegation to Mr. Rothschild advising him. The delegation delivered this message to Edmond James de Rothschild - “If you wish to save the Yishuv (The Jewish settlement) first take your hands from it, and for once permit the colonists to have the possibility of correcting for themselves what needs correcting.” Edmond James de Rothschild wasn't happy about the idea so he responded, “I created the Yishuv, I alone. Therefore no men, neither colonists nor organizations have the right to interfere in my plans.”

Edmond's response to the letter plainely reveals that he personally contributed substantial efforts and supports to the early stages of the Jews settlement in Plastine. It also revealed his aggressively ambitious intentions and interest on the Zionism movement even from then.

A Jewish faith based movement/organization, Zionism easily attracted the support of Edmond James de Rothschild. The organization/movement later materialized into existence as a nation when it officially declared the state of Israel in 1949. Edmond James de Rothschild grew his attachment to the Zionism movement and eventually overshadowed its origanl concepts with his vision and ambitions. From then on, Zionism evolved its nature and became a political powerhouse, of which became the author and promoter of a brainchild known to the public today as the New World Order movement. Zionism has become Rothschild, and Rothschild has become Zionism, totally overshadowing the good name and image of Israel and the Jewish religious concept behind the name.

Today, both the United States and Israel are controlled by the Rothschild system through the modern day Zionism network.

'Zionists and Religious Jews contradict each other's idealogies. The religious Jews seem to be tolerant of their Arab neighbors and they know how to live peacefully among them despite their differences.

Ongoing wars in the middle east and growing civil unrests across the globe are premeditated parts of the plan, and attempts to usher in the ambitious One World Government (NWO) movement of the Rothschild system.

A good $3 billion a year is handed to the State of Rothschild from American Zionist controlled groups and agencies within the US government disguised under various different agencies and groups.

Different agencies and offices within the US government are believed to have long been infiltrated by the Rothschild network, and new ones have also been created, all in the interest of the New World Order movement. Their main objective is to bring into existence a One World Government that will become the one ruler and controller of the entire world. This movement requires another world war in order for it to happen.

Zionism is the main author and promoter of the New World Order movement, and Rothschild Banking and networks is Zionism. Unfortunately Rothschild Banking is Central Bankers, who create money out of thin air and loan them out to governments around the world, as well. Central Bankers are in the business of war. War is highly lucrative business for Central Bankers.

"When a government finds itself increasingly dependent upon bankers for money, it is a sign that it is losing control over its own system into the hands of its financier. Money has no motherland; financiers are without patriotism and without decency; their sole object is gain." - Napoleon Bonaparte, 1815

Texan Basic Instinct

Texas has always been the forefront of American resilience of individual or human rights. Texans are proud to defend their rights even if it means war. This is because Texans are inherently more conscientious and vigorous in defending themselves, not just because they are Texans, but because they feel very deeply as free Americans. Texans like to think of themselves as unique—which I believe they are.

A Chinese Doctor

A Chinese Doctor can't find a job in any Hospitals in the US, so he opens his own clinic and puts a sign outside which reads 'GET TREATMENT FOR $20 - IF NOT CURED GET BACK $100.'

An American lawyer saw the sign and thinks it's a great opportunity for him to earn an easy $100 so he enters the Chinese Doctor's clinic.

This is what happened...

Lawyer: "I have lost my sense of taste."
Chinese: "Nurse, bring medicine from box No. 22 and put 3 drops in patient's mouth."
Lawyer: "Ugh. this is kerosene."
Chinese: "Congrats, your sense of taste is restored. Give me $20."

The annoyed lawyer goes back after a few days to recover his money.

Lawyer: "I have lost my memory. I cannot remember anything."
Chinese: "Nurse, bring medicine from box no. 22 and put 3 drops in his mouth."
Lawyer (annoyed): "This is kerosene. You gave this to me last time for restoring my taste."
Chinese: "Congrats. You got your memory back. Give me $20."

The fuming lawyer pays him, and then comes back a week later determined to get back $100.

Lawyer: "My eyesight has become very weak I can't see at all."
Chinese: "Well, I don't have any medicine for that, so take this $100."
Lawyer (staring at the note): "But this is $20, not $100!!"
Chinese: "Congrats, your eyesight is restored. Give me $20"

You can't beat Chinese Doctors

Rotten 8-C

“ Now, you can do that with a little kid. If this little boy is running around hitting all the little girls in the neighborhood with his wagon, I can be absolutely certain that his parents run rotten 8-C. Just terrible 8-C. They might be very nice to him. Everybody say, 'Well, they’re good parents.' By all observances, they’re fine for him.

“ But this is the most peculiar thing in the world to witness. It is not whether they clothe him well. It is not whether they are nice or sweet or kind to him. These do not seem to have very much of an operating factor in establishing his goodness or badness, his smartness or his dullness or any other factor. It’s whether or not they run good, consistent control. ”

The Natural Pesticite That Could Destroy Monsanto

If there’s anything you read – or share – let this be it. The content ofthis article has potential to radically shift the world in a variety of positive ways.

And as Monsanto would love for this article to not go viral, all we can ask is that you share, share, share the information being presented so that it can reach as many people as possible.

In 2006, a patent was granted to a man named Paul Stamets. Though Paul is the world’s leading mycologist, his patent has received very little attention and exposure. Why is that?

Stated by executives in the pesticide industry, this patent represents “the most disruptive technology we have ever witnessed.” And when the executives say disruptive, they are referring to it being disruptive to the chemical pesticides industry.

What has Paul discovered? The mycologist has figured out how to use mother nature’s own creations to keep insects from destroying crops.

It’s what is being called SMART pesticides. These pesticides provide safe & nearly permanent solution for controlling over 200,000 species of insects – and all thanks to the ‘magic’ of mushrooms.

Paul does this by taking entomopathogenic Fungi (fungi that destroys insects) and morphs it so it does not produce spores. In turn, this actually attracts the insects who then eat and turn into fungi from the inside out.

This patent has potential to revolutionize the way humans grow crops – if it can be allowed to reach mass exposure.

To tolerate the use of pesticides in modern agriculture is to deny evidence proving its detrimental effects against the environment. Such ignorance really can no longer be tolerated. For example, can you imagine a world without bees?

Monsanto’s chemical concoctions which are being sprayed all over farmers’ fields around the world are attributed to the large-scale bee die off.

While a growing number of countries are banning Monsanto, it’s still being used in in nations who should be aware of its dangers. To say that new methods need to be implemented before it is too late is an understatement.

Monsanto presently generates $16 billion dollars per year (as reported in 2014), therefore you can be certain they do not want anything interrupting that flow of revenue.

Such income gives them nearly limitless resources and abilities to suppress information that may be damaging their reputation.

But by becoming educated on the benefits of growing sustainable, organic, and bio-dynamic food, sharing articles like this, and boycotting GMO & herbicide-sprayed crops, the corporate demon may soon get the message.

Below is a video by Paul in 2008 called 6 Ways Mushrooms Can Save The World

Mammography Alert!

Mammography is a specific type of breast imaging that uses x-rays to detect cancer early – before women experience symptoms. A mammography exam is called a mammogram.

Mammogram radiation is believed to be much more damaging than a chest x-ray because it uses ionizing radiation at a relatively high dose, which can contribute to the mutations that can lead to breast cancer. You can get as much radiation from one mammogram as you would from 1,000 chest X-rays. Mammography also compresses your breasts tightly, which can lead to a dangerous spread of cancerous cells, should they exist. Dr. Samuel Epstein, one of the world's top cancer experts, has stated:
"The premenopausal breast is highly sensitive to radiation, each 1 rad exposure increasing breast cancer risk by about 1 percent, with a cumulative 10 percent increased risk for each breast over a decade's screening."

5 Reasons to Juice Rather Than Smoke Cannabis

Cannabis is one of the most versatile plants with few others matching its medicinal powers. Dozens of scientific publications have shown the cannabinoids from juices and extracts are very effective against diseases such as cancer, tourette’s syndrome, seizures, migraines, MS, IBS, Alzheimer’s and many other diseases. Some believe that raw cannabis should be treated as a dietary staple.

Juicing cannabis usually involves blending or pressing fresh plant material instead of buds that have been dried or aged. And it’s easy.

Here are the top reasons to juice cannabis rather than smoke it.

5 Reasons to Juice Cannabis

1. Anti-Inflammatory Properties

Cannabis – whether Sativa, Indica, Ruderalis, male, female, hermaphrodite, wild, bred for fiber, seeds or medicinal resin – is a vegetable with every dietary essential we can’t synthesize: Essential Amino Acids, Essential Fatty Acids, Essential Cannabinoid acids and hundreds of anti-Cancer compounds.

Juicing better allows the body to interact with cannabinoids through the gut, small intestine and entire digestive system complementing absorption of many critical vitamins, minerals and enzymes within the plant.

2. Juicing Will Not Make You High

Some people prefer their cannabis without psychoactive effects. This is where juicing is far superior to smoking. Since heat is required to convert the THCA in raw cannabis into THC, its psychoactive form, juicing provides a way of obtaining many of the benefits of cannabis without getting high.

“If you heat the plant, you will decarboxylate THC-acid and you will get high, you”ll get your 10 mg. If you don’t heat it, you can go up to five or six hundred milligrams and use it as a Dietary Cannabis…and push it up to the Anti-oxidant and Neuro-protective levels which come into play at hundreds of milligrams”, stated M.D. and dietary raw cannabis specialist Dr. William Courtney.

3. Diverse Applications

Cannabis juice can be mixed with other healthy ingredients in your juices or smoothies to create high energy, high anti-oxidant beverages to keep you alert and active the entire day. Think of how much easier it is to drink cannabis in liquid form that smoking or vaporizing which is not only inconvenient in our society, but has a stigma attached to it. By blending or juicing cannabis, it becomes as versatile as any other leafy green.

4. Allows You To Avoid Smoking

While a large-scale national study suggests that moderate use of marijuana is less harmful to users’ lungs than exposure to tobacco, marijuana smoke irritates the airways and can lead to respiratory symptoms and even bronchitis. Vaporizing is one way to avoid the problems associated with smoking, but the benefits of juicing exceed either form.

5. Getting The Highest Dose Possible of Cannabinoids

This is possibly the most important reason of juicing rather than smoking cannabis. Cannabis plants actually produce cannabinoids in their acidic forms only, which are then converted to THC and CBD after being heated or aged. Decarboxylation is the chemical reaction responsible for this conversion. THCA and CBDA are believed to act as anti-oxidants, anti-inflammatories and neuroprotectants, much like their non-acidic counterparts. When left in their natural forms, THCA and CBDA won’t get you high. However, they happen to offer many of the same health benefits as their better known counterparts. Without the high, these acidic compounds can be ingested in large doses without having an impact on your daily activities.

“THCA is the real tricky molecule… Once it’s heated, it turns into THC and the tolerable dose drops from hundreds of milligrams a day to 10 milligrams”, says Dr. William Courtney.
Figure Out What Works Best For You

The fact that THCA won’t get you high implies one major drawback for medical users – it doesn’t activate the endocannabinoid system. A large portion of medical marijuana research has focused on the activity of this unique biological system, which most – including Dr. Courtney – believe is responsible for the symptom relief that cannabis is known for. For example, symptoms of pain and neurological dysfunction are thought to be directly regulated by cannabinoid activity in the brain. Treatment with raw cannabis may not be as effective in these cases, although no one really knows for sure. Until more studies are done on the effects of raw cannabis, patients must shoulder the responsibility of figuring out what works best for them.

That America Will Return One Day!

This 1967 true story is of an experience by a young 12 year old lad in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. It is about the vivid memory of a privately rebuilt P-51 from WWII and its famous owner/pilot.

In the morning sun, I could not believe my eyes. There, in our little airport, sat a majestic P-51. They said it had flown in during the night from some U.S. Airport, on its way to an air show. The pilot had been tired, so he just happened to choose Kingston for his stop over. It was to take to the air very soon. I marveled at the size of the plane, dwarfing the Pipers and Canucks tied down by her. It was much larger than in the movies. She glistened in the sun like a bulwark of security from days gone by.

The pilot arrived by cab, paid the driver, and then stepped into the pilot's lounge. He was an older man; his wavy hair was gray and tossed. It looked like it might have been combed, say, around the turn of the century. His flight jacket was checked, creased and worn - it smelled old and genuine. Old Glory was prominently sewn to its shoulders. He projected a quiet air of proficiency and pride devoid of arrogance. He filed a quick flight plan to Montreal ("Expo-67 Air Show") then walked across the tarmac.

After taking several minutes to perform his walk-around check, the tall, lanky man returned to the flight lounge to ask if anyone would be available to stand by with fire extinguishers while he "flashed the old bird up, just to be safe." Though only 12 at the time I was allowed to stand by with an extinguisher after brief instruction on its use -- "If you see a fire, point, then pull this lever!", he said. (I later became a firefighter, but that's another story.) The air around the exhaust manifolds shimmered like a mirror from fuel fumes as the huge prop started to rotate. One manifold, then another, and yet another barked -- I stepped back with the others. In moments the Packard -built Merlin engine came to life with a thunderous roar. Blue flames knifed from her manifolds with an arrogant snarl. I looked at the others' faces; there was no concern. I lowered the bell of my extinguisher. One of the guys signaled to walk back to the lounge. We did.

Several minutes later we could hear the pilot doing his pre-flight run-up. He'd taxied to the end of runway 19, out of sight. All went quiet for several seconds. We ran to the second story deck to see if we could catch a glimpse of the P-51 as she started down the runway. We could not. There we stood, eyes fixed to a spot half way down 19.

Then a roar ripped across the field, much louder than before. Like a furious hell spawn set loose -- something mighty this way was coming. "Listen to that thing!" said the controller.

In seconds the Mustang burst into our line of sight. It's tail was
already off the runway and it was moving faster than anything I'd ever seen by that point on 19. Two-thirds the way down 19 the Mustang was airborne with her gear going up. The prop tips were supersonic. We clasped our ears as the Mustang climbed hellishly fast into the circuit to be eaten up by the dog-day haze. We stood for a few moments, in stunned silence, trying to digest what we'd just seen.

The radio controller rushed by me to the radio. "Kingston tower calling Mustang?" He looked back to us as he waited for an acknowledgment. The radio crackled, "Go ahead, Kingston."

"Roger, Mustang. Kingston tower would like to advise the circuit is clear for a low level pass."

I stood in shock because the controller had just, more or less, asked the pilot to return for an impromptu air show!

The controller looked at us. "Well, What?" He asked. "I can't let that guy go without asking. I couldn't forgive myself!"

The radio crackled once again, "Kingston, do I have permission for a low level pass, east to west, across the field?" "Roger, Mustang, the circuit is clear for an east to west pass." "Roger, Kingston, I'm coming out of 3,000 feet, stand by."

We rushed back onto the second-story deck, eyes fixed toward the eastern haze. The sound was subtle at first, a high-pitched whine, a muffled screech, a distant scream. Moments later the P-51 burst through the haze. Her airframe straining against positive G's and gravity. Her wing tips spilling contrails of condensed air, prop-tips again supersonic. The burnished bird blasted across the eastern margin of the field shredding and tearing the air. At about 500 mph and 150 yards from where we stood she passed with the old American pilot saluting. Imagine. A salute! I felt like laughing; I felt like crying; she glistened; she screamed; the building shook; my heart pounded. Then the old pilot pulled her up and rolled, and rolled, and rolled out of sight into the broken clouds and indelible into my memory.

I've never wanted to be an American more than on that day! It was a time when many nations in the world looked to America as their big brother. A steady and even-handed beacon of security who navigated difficult political water with grace and style; not unlike the old American pilot who'd just flown into my memory. He was proud, not arrogant, humble, not a braggart, old and honest, projecting an aura of America at its best.

That America will return one day! I know it will! Until that time, I'll just send off this story. Call it a loving reciprocal salute to a Country, and especially to that old American pilot:

The late-JIMMY STEWART (1908-1997), Actor, real WWII Hero (Commander of a US Army Air Force Bomber Wing stationed in England), and a USAF Reserves Brigadier General, who wove a wonderfully fantastic memory for a young Canadian boy that's lasted a lifetime.

“You know all you have to do to a child to make them sparking, bright, happy, well? Hm? You just run good 8-C on them, that's all. It doesn't matter what you tell them to do, just run good 8-C on them, that's all. When you give them an order, make sure it's carried out.

“Now, your child is walking around and gloomy and upset, there's a little lower process than that. You don't want him to walk over to the wall, you simply want him to notice there's a wall there. This is about as far as they get, you see? And if you were to say to this little child --that's been sort of gimpy and had a cold lately and is kind of upset --and you were just to say to this child, ‘Where's the wall?’

“Child will be perking up, perking up. Just ask him where these things are. It's very interesting. He gets up to a point of where he feels bright. And he'll forget all about it, probably, that he had a cold or a headache or something and go out and play.

“But if he had this worked on him very much and you've really run 8-C on him -- you've worked up to a point where you could run 8-C on him, you know -- you ask him, ‘See the wall over there? All right. Now walk over to it. Now, don't touch it till I tell you to. All right. Now touch it. All right. Now let go of it. Good. Do you see that chair? Good. Walk over to it. All right. Now touch it. All right. Now let go of it. Fine.’

“But now, do you see that you could do almost anything with this child, really, from a standpoint of discipline -- as long as it was really discipline and not punishment and not duress. How far do you think an auditor would get in making a preclear well if the auditor ran 8-C this way: [gruff voice] ‘Do you see that wall? Well, if you don't walk over to it . . .’ Get the idea? There's no life in there, there's just a bunch of mis-emotion.

“And so we get these difficulties very plain to the eye. We have him complete the action before he starts another action. Therefore, discipline to a child would be rather easy. It's an odd thing, but you know, some of these very bad children -- they're always tearing everything up and so forth -- are usually being run by very bad auditors.

“And I guess Mama and Papa wouldn't think of themselves as auditors, but that's all they are -- just bad auditors. They don't operate on the Auditor's Code. They don't run on that Auditor's Code. They do all sorts of things. And do you know that the totality of control is only possible in some such framework as the Auditor's Code. That's a code of how to be civilized. It's also a code of how to get things done.

“Now, you think that if you're a corporal of a squad or a general of a company or that's about -- I don't know, a general of a private, that's about as much as most generals can command. You'll think that it's absolutely necessary to have punishment and prisons and all kinds of things that you can throw your men into in case they don't do just exactly what you say. That's because when they were being trained, somebody was in too much of a hurry. They didn't run good 8-C on them. And generals run very bad 8-C on most armies and then they say, ‘Why don't they obey?’ They don't obey because they don't know how to obey. That's a very, very interesting thing -- that the army is no good unless it is obeying a good auditor in the general. It's just no good, that's all.

“So, how do you control people? All you've got to be is a good auditor. You don't have to restrict and restrain yourself all the time and never feel sad or tired or worried. But if you feel sad or tired or worried and you start yelling at Johnny, for golly sakes, don't tell him that the reason you're yelling at him is because he's a bad boy! Tell him you're yelling at him because you're in a bad temper! And if you've played this auditing game with him very much, he'll probably turn around and audit you.”
