What Does It Mean To Be "Free" legally?

The Fourth Amendment to the US Constitution says essentially that in order for a cop to arrest you, thus taking away your freedom or even for a cop to search or grab your stuff, they first need a written court ordered permitting the cops to do so and which order must be based on the written or sworn statement under oath that a crime has been committed by you and that the specific evidence that a specific crime has been committed by you can be found in specific stuff in a specific location that is under your control.

In 1969, the American philosopher, L. Ron Hubbard defined human rights this way: "The very basis of human rights is freedom from false accusation and from brutality and punishment without offense."

For the sane, all of the protections afforded us by the "Bill Of Rights" (the first ten Amendments to the US Constitution), are to be found in that definition of human rights and the Fourth Amendment.to the US Constitution:

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

For their priority of value, these should be studied and learned.
